- CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Prairie Lakes Healthcare System, is actively seeking a Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the CEO, this position will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the organization’s overall financial and fiscal management. This position will provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, strategic planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the organization. In addition, master facility planning and related construction projects will be a high priority in the future.
PLHS an independently owned, 81-bed acute care hospital with sole community provider status with a net revenue of 70 million. PLHS is one of the fastest growing hospitals in the state of South Dakota serving seven counties in northeastern South Dakota.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of five years healthcare financial management experience. To be considered for this position, please submit a cover letter, resume and salary requirements.

- FOOD SERVICE, (NUTRITIONAL SERVICES) SODEXO - FULL-TIME
DUTIES: Prepares and cooks to order foods requiring short preparation time. Prepares and serves food and beverages for all service areas while maintaining safe and sanitary conditions following departmental standards, guidelines, policies and procedures. Provides efficient, courteous service to all patients, residents, customers, staff, physicians, and visitors. Maintains food and supply levels in designated service areas. Performs duties relating to dishwashing and sanitizing operations Performs other duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have good interpersonal and customer skills. Must have the ability to comprehend written and verbal communications. Must be able to deal with a busy, hectic environment with frequent interruptions. Must be able to safely use equipment within the department. Previous cooking experience desired.
Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.

- HOUSEKEEPING AIDE, SODEXO (ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES) - FULL-TIME
This position will be for a morning/afternoon shift. May include every other weekend and every other holiday.
DUTIES:
Clean offices, patient rooms and restrooms, which may include dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming. Perform related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to follow oral and written instructions. Some knowledge of the use of cleaning products and equipment. Previous housekeeping experience desirable. Excellent customer service skills a must. Ability to sustain long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment possibly weighing 50 lbs or more.

- PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT/NURSE PRACTITIONER
Cardiology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
STATUS: Full Time
DEPARTMENT: Cardiology
POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as a clinical resource, utilizing critical thinking skills to act as an interdisciplinary consultant and patient advocate. Will be responsible for patient histories and ongoing assessments, physical examinations, and will participate in daily inpatient rounds with Interventional Cardiologists.
EDUCATION/LICENSE: Current certification from an accredited PA or NP program required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Meets criteria established by the profession to perform duties defined as those of a NP or PA, South Dakota Controlled Substance Certificate, DEA license required. Nurse Practitioner-Holds or is eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in South Dakota.

- RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST
STATUS: Part-Time (.6)
SHIFT: Rotating with Weekends and Call
DEPARTMENT: Radiology
DUTIES: Will do general radiography procedures, C-arm, Operating Room procedures, special procedures, Emergency Room procedures, and Bone Mineral Density Testing. Performs related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of two years of training in AMA approved school of radiologic technology. Registry eligible by A.R.R.T. Preference will be given to applicants with Ultrasound, CT, MRI and/or Bone Mineral Density Testing experience.
