  1. LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN), CARDIOLOGY CLINIC - FULL-TIME
    POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for nursing care for patients in the cardiology clinic as directed by medical providers. Responsible for patient flow and assisting providers as necessary with examination. Provides nursing care for cardiology patients in accordance with established standards, policies, and registered nurse scope of practice.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Holds or is eligible for licensure. Three to five years progressive clinical experience in cardiology nursing setting. CPR certification preferred.

  2. MINIMALLY INVASIVE BREAST SERVICES MAMMOGRAPHY TECH, SURGIGAL SERVICES - PRN
    POSITION SUMMARY: Performs stereotactic and ultrasound guidance for minimally invasive breast services according to defined protocols approved by the Radiology Director and the technical direction of the performing physician. Operates radiologic equipment and performs procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Moves imaging equipment into specified position determines exposure factors based on patient characteristics and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors and produce images of proper detail, density, and accuracy. Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff. Performs calibrations and quality control according to manufacturing recommendations and regulatory and accrediting standards. Processes images and reviews for proper identification and quality control and integrates with PACs systems. Communicates with internal and external contacts about program elements. Completes forms and maintains records, logs, and reports of work performed. Operates department computer system for scheduling, documenting and billing procedures. Provides patient care within scope of practice before, during and after interventions. Works with patients of all ages to develop an understanding of their physical and emotional status.
    Education and/or Experience
    Associate's degree or equivalent from AMA approved radiologist technology school. Previous experience in the field desirable.
    Holds or is eligible for certification by the ARRT in Mammography.

  3. PHYSICAL THERAPIST - FULL-TIME
    Prairie Lakes Healthcare System currently has an opening in our Rehabilitative Services Department for a full-time physical therapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering therapy services in the acute care, outpatient, long-term care and home health care settings; conducting physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part; and helping patients reach their maximum physical performance. Performs other related duties as required.

    The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Current licensure or eligible for licensure in the State of South Dakota is required.
