Creamy Fruit Dip

1 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (8-oz.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup cold whole milk
1 pkg. (3.4-oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
Yield: 3 1/2 cups

3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (8-oz.) fat-free sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup cold fat-free milk
1 pkg. (3.4-oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
Yield: 3 1/2 cups

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix. Beat well after each addition. Cover and chill one hour. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
