PRAIRIE LAKES NAMES DIRECTOR OF HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE POSTED: AUG 01, 2012 Prairie Lakes Healthcare System has named Kelly Heesch director of Home Health, Hospice and Home Connections. Heesch has worked at Prairie Lakes since 2001, starting as an RN Case Manager and transitioning to the Home Care/Hospice department. “I am looking forward to leading this department,” said Heesch. “Prairie Lakes Home Health/Hospice services impact our community significantly, and I enjoy being a part of that. Our nurses are experienced, highly skilled and compassionate. They work together with multiple disciplines to provide optimal care to our very special patients.” Prior to joining Prairie Lakes, Kelly worked in a long term care facility as an LPN. Upon completion of her RN degree she was promoted to charge nurse. Kelly is also a certified home health coder.
