Michael Moran , MD Ophthalmology Dr. Michael Moran received his medical school training at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. He completed a family practice internship at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City. His residency in ophthalmology was completed at the Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Moran is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Teaching appointments include a term as a clinical instructor at the University of South Dakota's Department of Surgery.
