Casey Johnston , MD Orthopaedics Dr. Casey Johnston joined Glacial Lakes Orthopaedics in 2010. He completed his residency at Creighton University/University of Nebraska Medical Center and medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Dr. Johnston completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at the Minnesota Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Institute in Minneapolis. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
