David Carlson , MD Family Medicine Dr. David Carlson completed his medical school training at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. He fulfilled a pathology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a family practice residency at the University of Indiana, University Medical Center - Appleton Family Practice Residency Program. He has also completed a fellowship in surgical pathology. Dr. Carlson is Board Certified in Family Practice and Pathology.
