Tina Melanson , MD Nephrology Dr. Tina Melanson is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. As a nephrologist, she specializes in the diagnosis and management of kidney diseases and disorders including hypertension, electrolyte disturbances, and management of patients with kidney transplant as well as critical care. Dr. Melanson completed her nephrology fellowship at the University of Vermont in Burlington and her internal medicine residency at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Sioux Falls. She completed medical school at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion.
