Prairie Lakes Healthcare System offers surgery services in a full-service hospital environment. Patients can expect their surgical procedure to be convenient, efficient and comfortable for patients and their loved ones.
Patients can expect a thorough, step-by-step explanation of the surgery process prior to their procedure. Information regarding the use of anesthesia during surgery, and a complete description of what to expect during and after surgery will be fully explained.
The surgery department is comprised of surgery suites, operating rooms and a post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) designed to meet the needs of surgical patients emerging from anesthesia.
A full-range of surgeries are performed at Prairie Lakes including orthopaedics, ophthalmology, urology, gynecology, pediatrics, endoscopy, laproscopy, ear/nose/throat, and general surgery.
