Providing them with the care they need may not be realistic for family members on a regular basis. Prairie Lakes Home Care Services can help by providing your family member with professional nursing or personal care services - all in the comfort and privacy of home.
 Prairie Lakes Home Care offers many in-home services including nursing care, therapy services, social services and personal care. Following a doctor's orders, these services may include simple dressing changes, I.V. therapy, rehabilitation therapy, emotional support, personal grooming, exercise or other needs as directed by your doctor.
There are several advantages to Home Care. Because these services take place in the home, it is less expensive than if the services were provided in a hospital or nursing home. Another advantage is convenience. Home Care visits are planned around your loved one's schedule, providing them flexibility and control.
When ordered by a physician, Prairie Lakes Home Care Services is certified to receive reimbursement from Medicaid and Medicare. Many other insurance companies make home care benefits available to policyholders. The staff at Prairie Lakes Home Care Services will gladly check individual benefits for you.
Prairie Lakes Home Care Services is headquartered at Prairie Lakes Hospital in Watertown and has a branch office in Sisseton, SD, at 301 Veterans Avenue. Our services are available to residents in a six-county service area including Codington, Clark, Hamlin, Deuel, Day and Roberts counties, regardless of age, race, color religion or national origin.
