 Prairie Lakes Healthcare System therapists provide rehabilitative services to patients of all ages with the goal of achieving the highest level of function, enabling them to live more independent and productive lives. Our Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, conveniently located in the Prairie Lakes Medical Office Building on the Prairie Lakes campus, serves as a nexus for a variety of rehabilitation services. This comprehensive team of physical, occupational and speech therapists is skilled and experienced in providing services in outpatient, home health, school, long-term care and hospital inpatient environments.
The experienced team of therapists at Prairie Lakes Rehabilitation Center work together with a patient's physician and other healthcare providers to offer the patient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Swing Bed Services
Prairie Lakes sports one of the region's best Swing Bed Programs, which allows patients to continue their rehabilitation while remaining in the hospital setting following their acute hospital stay. Therapy services work collaboratively with nursing staff to assist the client in returning home with greater independence.
