Yellow Rose Week, running June 2rd - 6th, is the primary fundraiser for the Suzanne Jacobson Memorial Fund, a service of the Prairie Lakes Healthcare Foundation.
The Suzanne Jacobson Memorial Fund provides grants to people within our region with life-threatening illnesses who are in need of financial assistance due to a medical crisis. Grants help with the cost of gas, groceries, utilities, medications, and rent. Since it's inception, the Suzanne Jacobson Memorial Fund has awarded over 924 grants totaling over $589,000!
Every bouquet purchase not only brings joy to the recipient, but much needed help for someone struggling with a life-threatening illness.
Bouquets of roses, decals, and yard signs may be ordered online for delivery.

Deliveries are made during Yellow Rose Week, June 2nd - June 6th and will only be made in Watertown and Lake Kampeska area for orders of six roses or more.

Yellow Rose Raffle: "Ultimate Outdoor Movie Night" Package 
Package Includes: 2 yellow blankets, 2 navy blue chairs, outdoor movie projector with a 20 foot inflatable portable projector movie screen!
- Ticket prices: 1x for $25 or 2x for $40
- All proceeds will go to Suzanne Jacobson Memorial Fund
- Tickets can be purchased online or in the Prairie Lakes Gift Shop
Drawing for winner on June 30th, 2025! The drawing will take place on the Prairie Lakes Healthcare Foundation Facebook page and the winner will be notified immediately after the drawing. Do not have to be present to win!!

The Suzanne Jacobson Memorial Fund was created in memory of Suzanne Jacobson, a Watertown physician’s assistant and community healthcare advocate who lost her life to cancer in 1998.
