Event description:

Developed by Doctors of Physical Therapy, Eric Fjeldheim and Tyler Turbak, the ACL C.A.M.P. has the intention to decrease the incidence of knee and other lower extremity injuries. ACL C.A.M.P. is being introduced as a free program managed by Prairie Lakes Rehabilitation Services.

ACL C.A.M.P. emphasizes on training student athletes. During the training sessions our physical therapists will use plyometrics, strength and balance training, and jumping, running, and cutting drills.

Participants must commit to attend the 20 - 30 minute training sessions at 7:00 am three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for six weeks, January 15 - February 23.  It is recommended you participate and finish the program right before your sports season begins.

Communication and updates to participants, or their parents, will be sent through the Remind application. All minors must bring the following release forms signed by their parent or guardian the first day of ACL C.A.M.P. Please call Prairie Lakes Rehab at 605-882-7700 with any questions.
