Prairie Lakes Healthcare System offers physical, occupational, speech, cardiac, pulmonary (lung), and home therapy services through its rehabilitation department. The rehab team works with patients of all ages and abilities to achieve the highest level of function, enabling them to live more independent and productive lives.
The Prairie Lakes’ physical and occupational therapists see patients in the hospital, outpatient clinic, and home health settings.
The Prairie Lakes Rehabilitation Services outpatient department is conveniently located in the lower level of Medical Office Building, next to Prairie Lakes Hospital. This location serves as a center for our physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
The experienced team of therapists in the Prairie Lakes Rehabilitation Services department works with your physician and other healthcare providers to bring you the most effective program of physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
How to find us:
The best way is to go the hospital's main entrance, and ask a lobby desk volunteer to direct you to Rehabilitation Services. If the volunteer has stepped away, you can phone Rehabilitation Services at 882-7700 for an escort, or follow these directions.
- From the main lobby, walk down the hallway to the left, between the Campus Pharmacy and Cardiology Clinic, into the Medical Office Building
- At the end of the hall, turn left and take the elevator to the lower level.
- Exit the elevator, turn right. Rehabilitation Services is halfway down the hall on the right.
We are excited to announce physical, occupational, and speech therapy will be moving to the new Prairie Lakes Specialty Clinic in 2018!
